You've become a spectator in your own life

Forty saved videos. A gym membership used four times. A journal with two entries.

The worst part isn't that it's bad. It's that it's fine. You are waiting for your life to start, and you have been for a while now.

Every restart died because the first step was secretly five steps. This one is a glass of water.

The actual problem

Motivation is downstream of energy.
Everyone sold you it the other way around.

Habit stacks, ice baths, an app with streaks. Every one of them quietly requires the thing you are short of. Caffeine borrows tomorrow's energy. Creatine helps your cells rebuild ATP, the fuel they actually spend.* No spike, no crash.

01

Water

About 8 oz. The one you were pouring anyway.

02

Scoop

One. There is no version of this you can get wrong.

03

Drink it before your phone

That's the entire program. No app, no tracking, ninety seconds a week.

You don't have to feel different about it. You just have to do it again tomorrow.

The evidence

The most-studied molecule in supplements.
Here are the actual numbers.

Four decades of peer-reviewed human research. Every study linked.

+29%
faster processing on no sleep

Adults kept awake 21 hours. Measured by brain scan, not questionnaire.

492
people, 16 randomised trials

Pooled meta-analysis. Memory and processing speed both improved.

6 wks
to better working memory

Placebo-controlled, crossover. Working memory and reasoning both rose, p<0.0001.

published human studies

Four decades. More than any other supplement ingredient.

What the research also shows

The effect scales with how depleted you are. A 2023 trial of 123 well-rested young adults found close to nothing. The results above came from people running on short sleep and empty tanks.

Exactly what happens, and exactly when

1
Day 1
You feel nothing, and that's correct.

Creatine saturates. It does not stimulate. What you have is one morning you showed up.

2
Days 2 to 7
The streak starts doing its own work.

Nothing in your body yet. Something in your calendar.

3
Weeks 2 to 3
Your stores fill up.

Where the research says the effect lands. Things feel easier before they feel different.*

4
Week 4
Saturated, and thirty for thirty.

Full clinical dose.* And thirty straight days of keeping a promise to yourself.

5
Week 8+
The dominoes.

The walk happens. The text gets sent. Your step three, not our marketing.

Creatine monohydrate 5g

Your cells hold only seconds of ATP at a time and rebuild it constantly. Creatine is the reserve they draw on.* It is the only ingredient in the tub.

Why monohydrate

The boring one

HCl, buffered, micronised. All cost more. None has beaten monohydrate head-to-head.

No loading phase

Skip it

Four scoops a day for a week gets you there faster, with an upset stomach. One scoop is fine.

Why 5 grams

The full dose

The dose the literature runs on. Check any competitor for grams per serving, then servings per tub.

What's not in here

No caffeine No sugar No sweetener No flavoring No anti-caking agent No proprietary blend No second ingredient

Flavouring creatine means four ingredients to fix one. It tastes like slightly gritty water for a few seconds. That is the trade.

Questions, answered straight

The questions people actually ask.

Isn't creatine just for gym guys?

It got gatekept by gym culture, but it's the most-studied supplement in history, and most of that research is about cellular energy and cognitive function. You don't need a barbell to have cells. The twenty-two-year-old athlete taking it for his bench press is, according to the research, getting the least out of it of anyone in the aisle. The people getting the most out of it are running on bad sleep and empty tanks. You do not have to work out for this to do anything.

What does it actually feel like?

Day one, nothing. That is correct and expected. Creatine saturates rather than stimulates, so there is no hit to feel. Somewhere in weeks two to three most people notice things feel slightly easier before they feel different: the 3pm wall is a dip instead of a wall, the second task of the morning does not need a run-up. If you are waiting for a switch to flip, we would rather refund you than pretend.

I've failed everything else. Why would this stick?

Because every restart you have attempted had a first step that was secretly five steps. A gym is a drive, a change of clothes, ninety minutes and a decision. This is a scoop in the glass of water you were already pouring. It is not that you lack discipline, it is that the things you tried needed the energy you did not have. Small is the only size that survives a bad week.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing happens. Creatine sits in a saturated store, so one missed morning barely moves it. Take the next one and carry on. The 90-day refund window is deliberately longer than the 50 servings in the tub for exactly this reason: you will miss days, and the plan already assumes it.

Is it safe? What about bloating or hair loss?

Creatine monohydrate is the most-studied supplement molecule in existence, with hundreds of human trials and decades of use. 5g is the standard daily dose in that research. Check with your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition.

Bloating: the water creatine holds goes into your muscle cells, not under your skin. The scale may tick up a pound or two of cellular water in the first weeks. That's it working, not bloat.

Hair loss: the worry traces to a single 2009 study of college rugby players that measured a hormone (DHT), not hair, and it has never been replicated. Decades of creatine research since haven't shown a hair-loss effect. We'd rather name the study than wave the question away.

Why is it $42?

50 servings at 5g, so 84 cents a morning. It is unflavoured because flavouring creatine means adding four ingredients to fix one, and there is no caffeine, sugar, sweetener or proprietary blend in the tub. You are paying for the dose and the testing, not for a flavour system or a marketing budget.

What are the actual subscription terms?

One tub every 2 months at $35.70, and you can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account in one click. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no phone call, no retention maze. You can also just buy one tub and never hear from us about it again. If a renewal charges after you meant to cancel, tell us and we refund it without arguing.

Money back?

Finish the bag. If nothing changed, reply to your order email within 90 days and we refund you in full. You do not send the tub back, there is no form, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
